Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or DTC brand management
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of performance channels
  • Proven track record in designing and optimizing full-funnel customer journeys
  • Deep understanding of retention marketing
  • Deep understanding of CRM
  • Deep understanding of lifecycle optimization
  • Highly analytical with experience in user behavior analysis and A/B testing
  • Skilled in cross-functional project leadership and strategy communication
  • Creative thinker with relentless focus on optimization and experimentation
  • Experience in the wellness, supplement, or CPG space is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Digital Strategy: Lead full-funnel digital marketing initiatives that connect brand storytelling with performance goals, translate business objectives into high-impact strategies across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • On-Site Branding & UX Leadership: Own the Shopify site experience from homepage to checkout, optimizing layout, messaging, and conversion elements, align on-site experiences with email, social, and paid media.
  • Customer Funnel & Retention Ownership: Design, execute, and iterate customer journeys that maximize conversion and LTV, develop and optimize segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies to drive repeat purchases, serve as the retention expert—owning CRM, loyalty, and re-engagement strategies.
  • Email Marketing Strategy & Execution: Partner with CRM, design, and content teams to deliver high-performing email flows and campaigns, ensure emails reflect brand voice, educate customers, and drive return visits to site.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, analytics, and creative teams to launch campaigns and enhance user journeys, act as the strategic bridge between acquisition and retention teams.
  • Performance & Lifecycle Analysis: Monitor and analyze KPIs across traffic, conversion, retention, and email metrics, deliver clear, actionable reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Trend & Innovation Scouting: Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and digital tools, pilot new technologies and strategies to drive incremental growth.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, support the evolution of the brand’s digital identity.
