Requirements
- Strong Aha! experience
- Assess client product management processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements prior to implementing Aha! configurations
- Lead Aha! setup, customization, and roadmap/report generation aligned with client needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, to define meaningful roadmaps and reporting structures
- Integrate Aha! with external tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms
- Demonstrate strong product management fundamentals including backlog prioritization, product-market fit, and user-centric thinking
- Aha! certification or equivalent hands-on expertise (Bonus)
- Experience working in consulting environments and client-facing engagements (Bonus)
- Familiarity with integrations across product and business tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce) (Bonus)
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders and executives (Bonus)
