Requirements
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Experience with advanced programme architecture, workflow configuration, API integrations, and system administration.
- Ability to build, test, and deploy complex automation independently.
- Demonstrable understanding of AI tools, large language model applications, and emerging agentic frameworks within a marketing context.
- Practical ability to contribute to the design and implementation of AI-driven marketing workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM integration, data management, lead management processes, and target segment configuration.
- Practical experience managing audience data across marketing platforms.
- Ability to engage RevOps and MarTech stakeholders as a credible and informed technical partner.
- Capability to monitor system and programme performance, interpret data quality issues, and drive evidence-based improvements.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and strong quality assurance discipline.
- Ability to manage complex technical workstreams across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to stay current with developments in marketing technology, AI, and automation.
- Ability to translate emerging capability into practical marketing applications.
- Ability to build internal knowledge and confidence across the marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the transformation of marketing automation into a cutting-edge, AI-driven, agentic operating model.
- Shape and execute the automation architecture, systems integration, and AI agent frameworks.
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of programs, data frameworks, and workflows for daily marketing execution.
- Manage target segment configurations and oversee data integrity.
- Partner with the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and launch engaging email sequences, nurture campaigns, and triggered communications.
- Work closely with Revenue Operations and the Marketing Technology team to turn complex marketing challenges into effective, scalable technical solutions.
- Act as the organization's trusted authority on marketing automation and AI innovation.
