Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (strict requirement)
- High attention to detail with a strong quality control mindset
- Experience documenting workflows and building SOPs
- Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously
- Spanish language skills
- Experience working in a marketing agency environment (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat) (nice-to-have)
- Understanding of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads) (nice-to-have)
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel automations and workflows
- Implement AI-driven automation systems to improve marketing and operational efficiency
- Test all automations rigorously to ensure accuracy, performance, and zero errors before deployment
- Create and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate directly with clients when required
- Maintain consistent responsiveness and clear communication across all projects
- Continuously improve systems for scalability, efficiency, and performance
