  • Deep understanding of retail media networks and platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Best Buy Ads, Target Roundel).
  • Proficiency in paid search tools and technologies (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, analytics platforms).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience leading and managing a team, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic paid search plans.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Candidates must be located in either the Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns across retail media networks to drive performance and growth for an enterprise retail account.
  • Lead and manage a team of paid search specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, creative, and account management, to ensure cohesive and integrated media plans.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of paid search campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid search and retail media networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
