Requirements
- At least 3 years of strong experience in Marketing, design, digital communications, sales support, project coordination, or operations.
- Familiarity in using Adobe Creative Suites.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Go High Level).
- Experience with SEO.
- Experience with social media tools.
- Experience with content management systems.
- Experience with website development software.
- Strong understanding of website UX principles.
- Strong understanding of SEO concepts.
- Experience in digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in content strategy.
- Experience in analytics.
- Solid understanding of sales processes.
- Solid understanding of project coordination.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Experience with tool integrations.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and connecting tools for efficiency.
- Functioning knowledge of content management systems, such as WordPress.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data for actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with search engine optimization using Google Search Console tool.
- Recommended experience with HTML, Excel, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and sales teams by project managing marketing, website development, and other internal marketing and sales related projects.
- Help the sales team manage, and maintain its system, making sure it integrates smoothly with other tools.
- Assist the sales team by managing pipelines, preparing proposals, and tracking opportunities.
- Help create and maintain marketing materials such as rate sheets and promotional PDFs using Adobe Creative Suite and other tools.
- Identify workflow gaps and help implement solutions to boost team efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales support and project management with company goals.
- Help with creative marketing projects (copy writing, graphic design, social media, etc.) according to your talents and skillset.
- Manage projects coordinator.
- Shape and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Enhance website user experience and optimize performance with SEO best practices.
- Explore innovative marketing channels and campaigns to keep us ahead of competitors.
