Responsibilities
- Set up, optimize, and manage HubSpot CRM
- Build and improve sales pipelines, deal stages, and lead management processes
- Create automation workflows for marketing and sales
- Implement lead tracking, scoring, and segmentation
- Manage email campaigns, sequences, and nurturing workflows
- Create dashboards and reports for performance tracking
- Integrate HubSpot with other tools (Zapier, email platforms, etc.)
- Clean and organize CRM data for accuracy and usability
- Provide recommendations for improving CRM efficiency and conversion rates
