Requirements
- Proven track record of building and configuring complex HubSpot environments (Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs).
- Experience building post-close workflows and reporting suites specifically for Operations and Customer Success teams.
- Experience connecting HubSpot with Jira and Notion (via native integrations, Zapier, or APIs).
- Ability to thrive in a "heads down" environment where clear direction is given, and high-quality technical work is expected quickly.
- Works well in a direct-report structure, providing regular status updates on task completion and technical hurdles.
- Comfortable working remotely and can commit to 10–20 hours per week.
- Available during US business hours to collaborate with your manager.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently check off deliverables from a pre-mapped project plan, serving as the primary builder responsible for turning requirements into live HubSpot features.
- Conduct a high-level system review to identify architectural improvements and translate the customer journey into system improvements for the ongoing roadmap.
- Build out post-close HubSpot reporting and processes required to effectively onboard and operate products, ensuring a seamless handoff from Sales to Post-Sales and providing visibility into downstream metrics.
- Act as a responsive resource for day-to-day HubSpot tasks, troubleshooting, and configuration tweaks as directed by the manager.
- Build automated nudges, workflows, and real-time dashboards that eliminate manual work for the sales team based on specific internal requirements.
- Execute the technical connection of external sources—specifically Jira and Notion—ensuring data flows correctly according to established mapping.
- Maintain clean, consistent, and actionable data across the CRM to ensure high-fidelity reporting for executive leadership.
