- 1-2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or customer-facing role
- Experience at a growth-stage startup or in cybersecurity/enterprise tech (ideally)
- Made cold calls and sent sequences
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms
- Strong written communication
- Bachelor's degree
- Curiosity about cybersecurity and enterprise technology
Responsibilities
- Learn enterprise cybersecurity sales from the inside, building fluency in SIEM modernization, detection engineering, and data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
- Run strategic outbound into named accounts, researching security architecture and trigger events to build tailored outreach.
- Write outreach that sounds like you, not a template, leading with outcomes and talking to the person.
- Generate qualified pipeline by balancing strategic cold outbound with inbound follow-up, using intent data, CRM signals, and research.
- Actively participate in the coaching system to improve writing, positioning, and selling skills.
