Requirements
- Proven experience maintaining websites for a staffing, recruiting, or talent-focused company
- Familiarity with ATS-integrated websites (career pages, job feeds, application workflows)
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage ongoing updates
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps (capable of supporting work during a power outage)
- Primary device: Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor
- Primary device: A minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Backup device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor
- Backup device: Must be functional during power interruptions
- A functioning webcam
- A noise-canceling USB headset
- A quiet, dedicated home office space
- A smartphone for communication and verification purposes
Responsibilities
- Perform regular website updates (content, job postings, images, links)
- Manage and maintain career pages and ATS-integrated job listings
- Ensure job postings and application flows are working properly
- Monitor website performance, uptime, and user experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, broken links, and formatting issues
- Maintain website security, backups, and system updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for updates, campaigns, and improvements
