Requirements
- At least 2 year of experience creating training and development programs
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of any Learning Management System
- Experience developing comprehensive training curriculum using instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience creating video-based training
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (desired)
- Experience with Jira (desired)
- Experience with Thinkific (a plus)
- Experience with AI video tooling or AI video generation (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive training curriculum using instructional design and adult learning principles
- Support the creation and delivery of product, corporate, and technical training
- Organize and align resources across teams and departments to develop and maintain training regimens
- Cultivate and maintain relationships across multiple job families and functions, understand the needs of each group, and develop tactics and strategies to support them
- Develop, monitor, maintain, and socialize the effectiveness of training efforts to stakeholders throughout the organization
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in industry trends, applications, and best practices through regular research and continued education
- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure that attendees and collaborators are engaged and encouraged to participate in training activities
- Create and maintain client-facing in-app videos to support self-service options
