Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive HR/People Business Partner experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or tech environments.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting GTM teams (Sales, CX, Revenue Operations, and Marketing).
  • Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders while balancing business priorities with employee advocacy.
  • Experience navigating complex employee relations with judgment and discretion.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Comfort with data and analytics; ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • A bias for action; ability to proactively identify organizational needs and effectively partner to achieve the right solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to operate with agility in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought partner to senior business leaders in the Go To Market (GTM) teams, providing proactive insights and coaching on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational design.
  • Translate business strategy into people strategy, aligning workforce planning, talent needs, and organizational priorities.
  • Support managers with performance management, coaching, and feedback practices.
  • Guide leaders through talent reviews, compensation/promotion cycles, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
  • Lead change management efforts within client groups, ensuring smooth adoption of new programs, structures, or processes.
  • Partner with leaders on engagement and retention strategies; analyze data from surveys, attrition, and feedback loops to provide actionable insights.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives to support client groups in designing the right team structures.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) within assigned business units.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for complex employee relations issues.
  • Provide guidance on policy, compliance, and employment law in partnership with Legal as needed.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and Total Rewards to ensure seamless delivery of core HR programs.
  • Use people analytics to guide decision-making (e.g., headcount planning, attrition trends, performance outcomes).
  • Create dashboards and reports for leaders to inform workforce planning and talent strategies.
