Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, logistics, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Hands-on experience with WooCommerce
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Experience coordinating LTL freight shipments (preferred)
- Background in CPG, wholesale, or e-commerce environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with inventory management and fulfillment workflows (preferred)
- Internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps (primary)
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps
- Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th gen or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 processor performance
- Functional webcam
- Noise-canceling USB headset

Responsibilities
- Process and sync orders flawlessly using WooCommerce and QuickBooks
- Validate order details, ensuring pricing and fulfillment terms are spot-on
- Partner with logistics and warehouse teams to keep shipments moving accurately and on schedule
- Manage order logistics, including troubleshooting changes and keeping customers in the loop
- Manage the scheduling of LTL freight for both outbound customer pickups and internal transfers
- Coordinate delivery schedules across a network of carriers, warehouses, and external clients
- Oversee transit accuracy by tracking shipments and resolving any logistical hurdles, from damage claims to delivery delays
- Support sales operations through account management, order monitoring, and price list maintenance
- Coordinate special requests and pricing approvals across departments to ensure timely execution
- Organize and update customer files, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible
- Generate and share inventory reports to ensure sales and operations are always aligned
- Manage sales reporting, including automated weekly updates and custom ad-hoc requests
- Track inventory movement to proactively flag stock-outs or fulfillment risks
