Experience: 5+ years

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing software implementation projects for customers
Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering healthcare IT solutions in hospital settings
Ability to lead meetings and build trust with clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Clear written and verbal communication; able to translate between technical and clinical audiences
Experience with EHR systems (MEDITECH, Oracle Health/Cerner, Epic) or healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) is preferred
PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is preferred
Experience at a healthcare technology vendor (not just an internal hospital role) is preferred
Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and workflows is preferred
Experience with change management and end-user training programs is preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and lead execution of technical and clinical project plans for hospital customers, from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support
Serve as the face of LiveData for customer engagements, owning communication with hospital stakeholders at all levels
Lead customer meetings, status reviews, and training sessions
Coordinate across Engineering, DevOps, Product, Sales, and clinical teams to keep implementations on track
Identify risks, manage scope, and escalate issues before they affect timelines
Train hospital staff on product use, workflows, and best practices
Track project milestones, maintain documentation, and report progress to internal leadership
Use AI tools (Claude Code and similar) as part of your daily workflow
