  • 4–6 years of experience as a consultant or in a marketing operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market systems role
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Hands-on experience with Pardot
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Understanding of lead lifecycle management
  • Understanding of campaign operations
  • Understanding of lead scoring
  • Understanding of lead routing
  • Understanding of nurturing
  • Understanding of attribution
  • Understanding of funnel reporting
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • SME in at least one core platform or functional area
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to build trusted client relationships
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across internal delivery teams
  • High attention to quality and detail
  • Certification in Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or a related platform (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Advise and execute on roadmaps for clients across marketing technology stack, campaign operations, and lead management processes
  • Help clients improve how they generate, route, nurture, and measure demand
  • Design scalable solutions across marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Guide clients by presenting options, identifying trade-offs, and recommending scalable marketing operations solutions
  • Document business requirements, campaign workflows, lead lifecycle processes, and workstream plans
  • Build, test, and optimize solutions related to campaign execution, lead routing, scoring, nurturing, attribution, and marketing-to-sales handoff
  • Track project progress while keeping internal teams and clients up to date
  • Work across marketing and revenue technologies, including Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and related applications
  • Help clients improve funnel performance, data quality, segmentation, and reporting visibility across the buyer journey
  • Contribute to Go Nimbly’s internal knowledge base by sharing learnings, problem-solving with teammates, and leading trainings
  • Manage client relationships and building trust as a strategic partner
