Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience working with senior Revenue Operations, Systems, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Experience in uncovering business requirements, identifying gaps and pains, and designing scalable technical solutions.
  • Specialist in one of the following areas: technical architecture, solution architecture, or CPQ.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and core features.
  • Mature perspective on when to use out-of-the-box features, declarative automation, or code.
  • Strong in lean and agile development.
  • Ability to influence and lead internal and external teams.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect (bonus).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team in early stages of a project to define the approach in arriving at a solution and estimate work.
  • Design solutions for complex workstreams and present these solutions to client teams.
  • Define architecture principles and standards.
  • Own communication and justification of design decisions with the internal team and the client.
  • Actively participate in up-leveling the team by providing ad hoc and ongoing coaching and mentoring on solutions.
  • Act as an ambassador within the Revenue Operations space and keep a pulse on the latest releases and technology trends.
