Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or insights roles within adtech, media, or digital marketing.
  • Strong background in programmatic media measurement, and translating raw data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proven experience working with media holding companies and large global agencies (e.g., WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, Dentsu, Havas), and enterprise advertisers.
  • Deep understanding of complex stakeholder structures, multi-brand and multi-market environments, and the nuances of delivering scalable yet customised measurement and insights across both agency-led and direct-to-advertiser partnerships.
  • Background in multi-channel marketing measurement, including email and offline media is a plus.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders with data narratives, particularly within large agency or Holdco environments.
  • Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills, with experience crafting data-driven narratives for executive audiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional or strategic client initiatives, managing multiple priorities with clarity and focus.
  • Experience influencing higher level executives and marketing decision makers.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, R, or advanced Excel).
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted analytics partner to Holdcos, independent agencies and direct clients across APAC.
  • Participate in discovery and strategy workshops to understand business goals, media strategy, and success metrics.
  • Represent StackAdapt onsite and in key client meetings, delivering clear, data-backed insights narratives that connect media performance to business outcomes.
  • Leverage platform data, measurement solutions, and analytics tools to generate actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Develop insight frameworks and data storytelling that elevate how clients use data to inform media decisions.
  • Support test-and-learn initiatives, helping clients structure learning agendas and interpret performance trends.
  • Work closely with the Solutions and Product teams to identify and define analytics or measurement enhancements that address client gaps.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the media and adtech ecosystem to contextualize insights and inform the evolution of our analytics and measurement solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives (e.g. measurement & attribution solutions, client media strategy & activation, reporting automation), driving progress and ensuring high-quality delivery within fast-moving timelines.
  • Collaborate across departments to develop best practices, thought leadership content, and enablement materials for internal and external use.
