Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, or presales engineering
- Proven track record of winning deals by effectively communicating value and differentiation
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs and generative models
- Technical proficiency with APIs
- Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Shopify, Zendesk, Hubspot)
- Technical proficiency with integration methodologies
- Flexible and resilient
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative team player
- Located in British Columbia
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of client goals, industry challenges.
- Lead strategic discovery sessions to identify client pain points and position offerings.
- Deliver persuasive, value-driven presentations and demonstrations.
- Leverage expertise in AI, LLMs, and generative models to create innovative, automation-first strategies.
- Educate clients on the transformative potential of AI technologies.
- Adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering.
- Support the Sales team in navigating complex sales cycles.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients to achieve success through our platform.
