Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, SaaS sales, or Customer Success with revenue responsibility
- Proven experience growing existing accounts through upselling or expansion
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable discussing operational challenges and positioning software solutions
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting revenue or expansion targets
- Experience in the car rental, fleet management, or automotive software industry is a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing RentWorks customers across North America
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure a high level of customer engagement
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts through upselling additional features, modules, and services
- Proactively introduce customers to RentWorks+ and drive migration from RentWorks to RentWorks+
- Conduct regular account reviews to understand customer operations and identify opportunities for software expansion
- Demonstrate how RentWorks+ capabilities can improve operational efficiency, fleet utilization, and customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customers in adopting additional functionality and expanding platform usage
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track account activity, opportunities, and pipeline
- Meet or exceed account growth and expansion targets
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to support the ongoing development of RentWorks and RentWorks+
