Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, SaaS sales, or Customer Success with revenue responsibility
  • Proven experience growing existing accounts through upselling or expansion
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable discussing operational challenges and positioning software solutions
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting revenue or expansion targets
  • Experience in the car rental, fleet management, or automotive software industry is a plus
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing RentWorks customers across North America
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure a high level of customer engagement
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts through upselling additional features, modules, and services
  • Proactively introduce customers to RentWorks+ and drive migration from RentWorks to RentWorks+
  • Conduct regular account reviews to understand customer operations and identify opportunities for software expansion
  • Demonstrate how RentWorks+ capabilities can improve operational efficiency, fleet utilization, and customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customers in adopting additional functionality and expanding platform usage
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track account activity, opportunities, and pipeline
  • Meet or exceed account growth and expansion targets
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights to support the ongoing development of RentWorks and RentWorks+
