Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Strong understanding of campaign structure and optimization
- Experience with search term analysis and negative keyword strategy
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Performance Max and YouTube campaigns
- Familiarity with GA4 and conversion tracking
- Experience with call tracking platforms
- Exposure to other paid channels (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience working with US-based clients
- Familiarity with reporting tools or dashboards
Responsibilities
- Build and launch search, display, and performance campaigns
- Structure campaigns based on strategy and account needs
- Implement keyword targeting and match types
- Upload and manage ad creatives and extensions
- Conduct ongoing campaign optimizations
- Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance
- Identify opportunities to improve CTR, CPC, and conversions
- Monitor pacing and performance trends
- Perform regular search term analysis
- Identify irrelevant traffic and add negative keywords
- Refine keyword targeting to improve efficiency
- Maintain clean and scalable keyword structures
- Support performance reporting and analysis
- Flag performance changes and anomalies
- Collaborate with senior team members on insights
- Ensure data accuracy across platforms
