Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or strategy & operations
- Operational experience at a fast-growing, scaling company (SaaS experience highly preferred)
- Cross-functional partnership experience (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, Data teams)
- Strong analytical toolkit including Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Ability to build financial models from scratch in a complex, high-growth environment
- Trusted partner mindset, able to challenge constructively
- Mandarin-speaking highly valued

Responsibilities
- Help shape some of the most important decisions at AfterShip
- Partner closely with leaders across Go-to-Market (GTM), Product, and Operations
- Bring clarity to complex problems, surface trade-offs, and translate data into actionable insights
- Drive strategic decision-making for selected GTM and Product investment initiatives
- Lead scenario modeling & sensitivity analysis for pricing, GTM expansion, and new therapeutic verticals
- Optimize performance efficiency through deep analyses of churn, retention, ARPU, and cohort trends
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and the Head of Finance to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Support cross-functional projects such as GTM compensation plans and annual planning cycles
- Partner with China-based FP&A, Business Partnering, Finance, and Data teams
