Requirements

  • Proven track record of success implementing SEO principles and content strategy
  • Experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
  • Ability to analyse website traffic and SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable client-facing and owning stakeholder relationships
  • Strong familiarity with Google Search Console
  • Strong familiarity with SEMRush
  • Strong familiarity with Ahrefs
  • Strong familiarity with Screaming Frog/crawling tools
  • Proven organisational, project, and time management skills
  • Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing, SEO and Content
  • Agency experience
  • B2B tech and/or SaaS experience
  • Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including AI and automation in marketing

Responsibilities

  • Create custom strategies and implement best practices for clients to achieve NSMs
  • Work closely with Associate Director when roadblocks arise impacting strategy and goal attainment
  • Craft creative briefs and compelling content campaigns focusing on ideation based on competitor and audience insights
  • Use data from Google Analytics, CRM, SEMRush, Ahrefs to set client goals, approved by Associate Director
  • Ensure planned strategy is executed using Asana, delegating tasks to team members and clients
  • Partner with Project Managers to ensure tasks are created, assigned, and due dates are met
  • Work with content writers and designers to complete content campaigns on time and ensure quality
  • Build client relationships beyond deliverables to be a consultant for their business
  • Proactively communicate with clients regarding timeline expectations, goal attainment progress, and via shared channels
  • Proactively communicate with internal leadership regarding roadblocks, growth opportunities, and account changes
  • Report bi-weekly on NSM progress and deliverables to clients
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports
  • Present two bi-annual business review presentations
  • Look for opportunities for clients to grow their business with Directive (upsells/cross-sells/referrals)
