Requirements
- Proven track record of success around implementing SEO principles and content strategy
- Experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
- Ability to analyse website traffic and SEO metrics using Google Analytics
- Strong communication skills, comfortable client facing and owning relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong familiarity with industry tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog/crawling tools
- Proven organisational, project, and time management skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing, SEO and Content
- Must have agency experience
- Must have B2B tech and/or SaaS experience
- Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations
Responsibilities
- Create custom strategies and implement best practices for clients to achieve NSMs
- Work closely with Associate Director when roadblocks arise impacting strategy and goal attainment
- Craft creative briefs and compelling content campaigns based on competitor and audience insights
- Use data sources like Google Analytics, CRM data, SEMRush, and Ahrefs to set client goals
- Ensure planned strategy is executed using project management tool Asana
- Delegate tasks to team members and clients, ensuring timely completion
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure all tasks are created, assigned, and due dates are met
- Work closely with content writers and designers to complete campaigns on time and to client standards
- Build relationships with clients, acting as the main interface between clients and the team
- Proactively communicate timeline expectations, goal attainment progress, and deliverables to clients
- Communicate roadblocks, account growth opportunities, and client account changes to internal leadership
- Report on NSM progress and ongoing deliverables in bi-weekly client meetings
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports for clients
- Deliver 2 Bi-Annual business review presentations
- Regularly look for opportunities for clients to grow their business with Directive
