Requirements

  • Proven track record of success around implementing SEO principles and content strategy
  • Experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
  • Ability to analyse website traffic and SEO metrics using Google Analytics
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable client facing and owning relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong familiarity with industry tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog/crawling tools
  • Proven organisational, project, and time management skills
  • Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing, SEO and Content
  • Must have agency experience
  • Must have B2B tech and/or SaaS experience
  • Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations

Responsibilities

  • Create custom strategies and implement best practices for clients to achieve NSMs
  • Work closely with Associate Director when roadblocks arise impacting strategy and goal attainment
  • Craft creative briefs and compelling content campaigns based on competitor and audience insights
  • Use data sources like Google Analytics, CRM data, SEMRush, and Ahrefs to set client goals
  • Ensure planned strategy is executed using project management tool Asana
  • Delegate tasks to team members and clients, ensuring timely completion
  • Partner with Project Managers to ensure all tasks are created, assigned, and due dates are met
  • Work closely with content writers and designers to complete campaigns on time and to client standards
  • Build relationships with clients, acting as the main interface between clients and the team
  • Proactively communicate timeline expectations, goal attainment progress, and deliverables to clients
  • Communicate roadblocks, account growth opportunities, and client account changes to internal leadership
  • Report on NSM progress and ongoing deliverables in bi-weekly client meetings
  • Produce monthly and quarterly reports for clients
  • Deliver 2 Bi-Annual business review presentations
  • Regularly look for opportunities for clients to grow their business with Directive
