Job Details

8+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or agency operations
Experience working in a marketing agency or creative agency environment in AU/US/UK or similar market
Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO, paid ads, email marketing and social media platforms
Experience managing internal creative and marketing projects end-to-end
Strong organisational, planning, and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-channel digital marketing campaigns simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to balance creative thinking with operational execution
Strong understanding of UX and digital user journeys
Keen interest or experience in optimising processes using AI tools, automations and workflows
Experience with ActiveCampaign, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other marketing platforms

Support the management and coordination of marketing projects and client accounts
Assist with project planning, timelines, and workflow management across marketing initiatives
Work alongside senior leadership to oversee operational processes and ensure smooth project delivery
Help administer, document, and refine internal processes to improve efficiency
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule
Assist in monitoring project progress and reporting updates to relevant stakeholders
Contribute to improving project management systems and operational frameworks
Support marketing initiatives related to SEO, paid ads (Google, Meta), and social media campaigns when required
