Job Details

5–8 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads in performance-driven environments
Proven experience managing meaningful monthly ad spend in acquisition-focused programs
Strong understanding of Meta campaign architecture, bidding strategies, and performance optimization
Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining stable cost targets past $400k in monthly spend
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and data analysis
Extremely high attention to detail and disciplined execution
Detailed understanding around attribution
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience operating independently in fast-paced acquisition environments

Own strategy and execution across various social platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), X, TikTok, etc.
Manage and scale monthly paid social platforms while maintaining target KPI benchmarks
Design and maintain campaign architecture, scaling frameworks, and budget allocation strategies
Implement and manage structured creative testing pipelines to identify scalable winning concepts
Collaborate closely with internal creative teams to develop high-performing direct-response ad creative
Continuously analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and scaling signals
Develop and execute horizontal and vertical scaling strategies
Manage campaign pacing and performance while accounting for signal lag and attribution windows
Partner with internal teams on landing pages, conversion improvements, and funnel optimization
Maintain clear reporting frameworks and communicate insights to senior leadership
Support and mentor junior media buyers when appropriate
