Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in marketing with significant product marketing expertise.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market execution.
- Excellent written and oral communications with the ability to translate complex product features into compelling market messaging.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional project management skills.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid knowledge of SEO.
- Solid knowledge of keyword research.
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Experience with campaign measurement.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Experience, Communications, Data, and Legal teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, account management, customer support, data analysts, and legal professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead naming and positioning for new products and drive collaboration with the Product team on existing product updates and promotion.
- Plan and execute product launches, including messaging, timing, budgets, cross-functional coordination, and launch calendar management.
- Partner with the Research & Insights team to leverage customer research and market insights to inform product strategy, positioning, go-to-market planning, and strategies to increase product usage.
- Monitor competitors and identify market opportunities to inform product positioning and differentiation.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, and competitive positioning frameworks; partner with the Product team to train account management teams on product messaging and differentiation.
- Collaborate with content and creative partners to develop marketing materials and build customer advocacy programs, including case studies and testimonials that demonstrate campaign success.
- Serve as the go-to product expert on features, pricing, and positioning for the Communications, External Affairs, and Marketing department, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, Training, Data, and Legal teams to ensure aligned messaging.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and supervise junior team members as the function expands.
