Requirements
- Early in career (recent grads, current students, or <3–4 years experience)
- Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets
- Strong Excel skills (vlookups/index-match, pivot tables, basic modeling)
- Strong Google Sheets skills (vlookups/index-match, pivot tables, basic modeling)
- Strong attention to detail and take pride in accuracy
- Can follow structured processes & checklists reliably
- Comfortable working independently once given clear instructions
- Reliable internet
- Exposure to accounting or finance coursework (nice to have)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting systems (nice to have)
- Prior internship or project experience with financial data (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Support monthly financial close tasks for multiple clients
- Update financial models (standardized model provided)
- Pull, clean, and organize data from bookkeeping systems (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Run and check basic reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs)
- Perform quality checks on models (QA: catching formula errors, inconsistencies, missing data)
- Document work clearly for team review and reuse
