Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role supporting SaaS or technology sales.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, APIs, and integrations, with an ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience demoing AI-powered tools or automation workflows a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, AdTech, or MarTech ecosystems, including data pipelines and reporting workflows.
  • Proven project management skills - you can manage multiple sales cycles, priorities, and stakeholders with confidence.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools such as SQL, APIs, marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, GA4), and BI tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive mindset with curiosity for AI, automation, and next-generation marketing data technologies.
  • A balance of technical depth and business acumen - you can think strategically and explain simply.
  • A passion for helping customers see the “aha!” moment during product demos.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort managing fast-paced sales processes.
  • A collaborative spirit - you thrive working cross-functionally and building relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to uncover customer goals and design solutions that align with their data, analytics, and reporting needs.
  • Deliver dynamic product demos highlighting NinjaCat’s core platform, AI agents, and automation workflows.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable solution designs, technical proposals, and proof-of-concept plans.
  • Demonstrate and explain how NinjaCat’s AI agents complement our data transformation suite—including data ingestion, aggregation, and visualization tools.
  • Manage multiple sales projects simultaneously with precision, ensuring timely follow-ups, clear documentation, and coordination across teams.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technical Services to address complex technical questions, integrations, and API workflows.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI innovations to sharpen your demo strategy and technical credibility.
