Requirements
- 2 years' experience in a Business Analyst or Junior Product Owner role
- Previous experience working on Zelle products, with demonstrated understanding of how Zelle differs to other US payment schemes
- Proven ability in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating functional features and non-functional specifications
- Technical experience working with API and cloud-based product offerings
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and presenting insights to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Sound understanding of the full product development lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams, particularly within Engineering
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Working knowledge of other US payment schemes (e.g. FedNow; RTP; ACH) - Desirable
- Experience within an external-facing role, in which partnering with customers / clients has been a core responsibility - Desirable
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively across the Zelle product line, working closely with Senior Business Analysts and Product Managers to support the end-to-end delivery of Zelle payments products.
- Partner with cross-functional Engineering teams across the US to initiate and support the build of Form3's Zelle gateway, translating product vision into actionable requirements.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert on Form3's Zelle products, offering guidance and clarity to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Analyse the impact of product changes and enhancements quickly and effectively, shaping and documenting requirements to support continuous improvement.
- Take full ownership of certain tasks within the team, such as writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, creating functional features and non-functional specifications, and analysing data.
- Develop a high-level understanding of the overall US product line and underlying platform architecture to further inform decision-making and prioritisation.
