Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Scrumwise, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and data flows.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training and business events.
Responsibilities
- Own, maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with product vision.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies including refinement, sprint planning, and stand-ups.
- Collaborate with Engineering and QA to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
- Clarify scope and manage trade-offs between time, scope, and quality for stakeholders.
- Support training requirements for system releases.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for travel booking workflows and technical ecosystems.
