Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in an agile or lean IT environment.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex and evolving requirements accurately.
- Experience working with microservices, APIs, and distributed system architectures.
- Solid understanding of REST/SOAP web services, JSON/XML, OAuth2.0, and OpenAPI standards.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Postman, and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with integration patterns, batch processing, and secure file transfer mechanisms.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and work effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset with a focus on delivery quality.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, including user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions with stakeholders across architecture, development, DevOps, and security teams.
- Ensure alignment and integrity of end-to-end requirements across business needs and technical constraints.
- Collaborate on solution design discussions and support estimation efforts for medium and large-scale initiatives.
- Maintain and organize documentation, backlog items, and project artifacts using tools such as Confluence and related platforms.
- Bridge communication between business and IT teams to ensure shared understanding of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of engineering and delivery practices through feedback and best-practice recommendations.
- Contribute to backlog management, prioritization, and release planning activities.
