Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-growth team and drive predictable revenue
  • Combine elite sales execution with a talent for coaching and scaling operations
  • Own commercial new business and expansion targets, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline health
  • Execute GTM initiatives and personally support high-impact, strategic deals to ensure closure
  • Drive disciplined CRM usage and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance
  • Lead, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives to exceed KPIs
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and hands-on deal coaching
  • Set clear performance standards and develop career paths for the commercial sales team
  • Partner with Marketing on pipeline generation and Product to share market insights
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term expansion
  • Refine internal processes to improve efficiency across the commercial segment
