- AI-native (prompt-engineer workflows)
- Comfortable building a "no-code" legal stack
- Tax-literate generalist (understand international tax geometry)
- Ability to use AI to navigate tax treaties
- Operational mindset (value deal velocity, quantify risk in dollars)
Responsibilities
- Lead the legal lifecycle of ~5 acquisitions/year.
- Own the SPA and manage local counsel in Europe/NA.
- Drive deals to close.
- Work at the intersection of legal and finance.
- Use AI to model tax-efficient deal structures (Asset vs. Share).
- Maintain global transfer pricing framework between Delaware and European subsidiaries.
- Manage the $100M debt facility.
- Handle drawdowns and ensure covenant compliance.
- Manage lender relations.
- Oversee compliance for a 400-person workforce (FTEs, Contractors, EOR) across Germany, Austria, France, Finland, Canada, and the US.
- Manage and scale Stock Appreciation Rights program globally.
