- 5+ years’ experience in digital and brand design
- Strong portfolio across email, web and social
- Proficiency in Figma
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with GHL email design
- Experience with CRM-integrated campaigns
- Strong understanding of web performance
- Strong understanding of accessibility
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and metrics-driven design
- Excellent English
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-converting email templates and campaign assets in Go High Level (GHL)
- Deliver visual systems for web, social, ads, decks and funnel pages
- Maintain a modular design system
- Run A/B tests
- Package deliverables with clear specs
- Ensure smooth hand-off to Marketing Ops & Developers
- Introduce AI tooling to accelerate design workflows
- Maintain high quality and accessibility standards
