Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance for U.S. operations
- Lead a team, develop financial strategies, and ensure accurate financial reporting to support business decisions
- Manage all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Develop and implement financial controls and policies
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to senior management
- Oversee the accounting team and mentor staff to enhance their skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
