Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales or partnerships role selling into higher education, enrollment management, EdTech, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and driving revenue growth.
  • Top performer (#1 or #2) in prior sales organizations with strong references.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the grit to succeed in a high-rejection sales cycle.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and knows how to build pipeline strategically and consistently.
  • Excellent communicator with strong executive presence and persuasive presentation skills.
  • Competitive, coachable, mission-driven.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building in an early growth-stage environment.
  • Open to travel up to 40%.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience selling into enrollment teams at the “C” level within higher education (preferred).
  • Prior experience in early-stage or high-growth EdTech/SaaS environments (preferred).
  • Personal or professional experience with community college transfer pathways (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of transfer enrollment, articulation, and higher education operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own the full partnership lifecycle from identification to expansion.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for new college and university partnerships.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and drive momentum through the sales cycle.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly KPIs for new and expanded partnerships.
  • Leverage consultative sales techniques to build trust and align EdVisorly’s platform with enrollment goals.
  • Deliver compelling pitch presentations and communicate EdVisorly’s value.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in CRM systems.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and enrollment leaders.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to institutions, understanding their challenges.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of EdVisorly’s platform and market positioning.
  • Monitor competitor insights and higher education trends to inform strategy.
  • Attend conferences and industry events to strengthen relationships and expand presence.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Product, Marketing, Partner Success) for smooth handoffs.
  • Use platform analytics and user behavior insights to support compelling value stories.
