Requirements
- 4+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Operations
- Deep hands-on HubSpot expertise (CRM architecture, workflows, reporting)
- Experience auditing and rebuilding broken systems
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or demand generation funnels
- C2-level English
- Based in Latin America with U.S. timezone overlap
Responsibilities
- Own HubSpot CRM structure, lifecycle stages, pipeline definitions, and automation
- Audit and rebuild workflows, sequences, and attribution models
- Ensure clean handoffs between marketing and sales
- Standardize naming conventions and field integrity
- Clean and normalize contact, company, and deal data
- Build executive dashboards for pipeline, MQL → SQL conversion, and revenue velocity
- Implement enrichment systems using tools such as Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, or similar
- Establish QA processes to prevent future system decay
- Define and document RevOps processes across GTM
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to remove friction
- Improve forecasting accuracy and reporting reliability
- Serve as the internal point of truth for revenue data
