Requirements
- Solid experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
- Experience with product launches and ongoing adoption work in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record working closely with Product and Sales to bring products to market
- Proven track record supporting revenue growth through product marketing efforts
- Experience managing or mentoring product marketers
- Strong writing skills to explain complex products in simple, direct language
- Comfortable talking to customers and prospects
- Ability to turn customer insights into clear recommendations
- Structured thinker capable of designing and using frameworks
- Confident working across time zones and cultures in a remote-first environment
- Experience in secure collaboration, fintech, legal/transaction services, or high-stakes B2B environments (nice to have)
- Background in pricing/packaging or solution/portfolio marketing (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Own the portfolio story for Ideals across VDR, Board, and Vault
- Define clear positioning and messaging for each product, including target audience, workflows, competitive advantages, and proof points
- Keep narratives current with market, regulation, competitor changes, and new use cases/products
- Design and run a simple, tiered launch framework for enhancements and major releases
- Set clear checklists and timelines for Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS for every launch
- Ensure every launch covers internal briefs, external messaging, pricing/packaging impact, campaign plans, and enablement
- Manage and coach two product marketers, setting goals, priorities, and ways of working
- Build a culture of clear thinking, simple language, and bias to action within the PMM team
- Run regular customer and prospect interviews with Product, Sales, and CS
- Own competitive and market intelligence for the portfolio and share concise insights with teams
- Feed structured input into product strategy, pricing and packaging, and roadmap decisions
- Own the core sales story, including pitch decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, battlecards, and objection handling
- Ensure enablement is easy to find, up to date, and used by sales
- Partner with Sales leadership on training for new offerings, verticals, and plays
- Provide sharp product narratives and briefs for marketing campaigns, content, and website updates
- Validate that campaigns accurately reflect product reality and customer value
- Measure the impact of launches and key campaigns with Demand Gen and RevOps
