Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management
- Strong track record in ML/AI or data-intensive products
- Technical background (can read code, review PRs, architectural discussions)
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts
- Deep understanding of data pipelines
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end ML lifecycle (training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring)
- Experience with enterprise software
- Understanding of how large organizations evaluate and adopt AI/ML solutions
- Experience at high-growth startups or building 0-to-1 products
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into product strategy and clear requirements
- Strong stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for platform capabilities
- Partner with Research and Engineering to translate model capabilities into product features
- Collaborate with Forward Deployment Engineers to understand customer needs and feed insights into product strategy
- Engage directly with customers to validate problems, gather feedback, and build conviction
- Define success metrics and use data to inform product decisions
- Navigate the unique challenges of productizing ML/AI capabilities for enterprise environments
