Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years building and scaling production integrations, APIs, and/or distributed data pipelines
- Experience with modern languages such as Go, Java, or Python.
- Hands-on expertise with at least two major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure), including IAM, networking, and security.
- Proven experience designing and operating distributed systems, including microservices, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Strong background in event-driven and message-based architectures.
- Track record of delivering complex features end-to-end and collaborating effectively across teams.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and scaling of integrations with major cloud providers (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, Cloudflare) that support mission-critical observability use cases.
- Collaborate with product management, customer success, and solution architects to define integration strategy, technical requirements, and roadmaps.
- Design and evolve ingestion and processing pipelines that handle large-scale metrics, logs, and events with high performance and resilience.
- Establish best practices for integration security, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues across distributed environments, partnering directly with enterprise customers when needed.
- Stay current on emerging technologies, identify opportunities for product differentiation, and drive adoption of innovative integration patterns.
- Create technical design documents, reference architectures, and implementation guides for internal and external audiences.
- Provide mentorship, conduct code/design reviews, and help raise the technical bar for the team.
