Requirements

Excellent language skills in professional French and English (C2)
Tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in tourism
Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, tour operator or travel agency
GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus)
Excellent destination knowledge across key global regions
Passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, gastronomy, events, and culture
Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
Strong communication skills
Full-time availability (40hrs per week)
Willingness to work 5 days a week between 07:00 and 22:00 SAST, Sunday to Thursday
Located in South Africa
Secure home office free from background noise or distractions
Meet minimum internet speeds

Responsibilities

Advising premium cardholders by phone and email in French and English
Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips
Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies
Creating tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries
Advising and facilitating unique travel experiences
Actively selling special promotions and exclusive offers
