Proven experience as a luxury travel consultant
Specialization in Southern and/or East Africa
In-depth knowledge of Southern and/or East African destinations, lodges, camps, safaris, and experiences
Strong sales skills with a focus on direct-to-client luxury travel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to work as part of an intimate team
Passion for travel, wildlife, and delivering outstanding client experiences
Generating personal leads

Responsibilities

Craft personalized itineraries
Manage client relationships
Ensure seamless communication with lodges
Design and sell bespoke luxury safari and travel experiences in East Africa
Work directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations
Liaise directly with lodges, camps, and local partners to ensure flawless travel arrangements
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service throughout the travel process
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and travel regulations
