- Basic PC proficiency and understanding of modern systems and services at a user level
- Quick adaptation to changes and multitasking skills
- Ability to organize time for effective remote work
- Internet speed of 25 Mbps or greater
- Download speed of 1 Mbps or greater
- Upload speed of 6 Mbps or greater
- At least 5 GB of RAM
- Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 Quad Core
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients in chat and help them solve any technical problems with our service in English.
- Consult clients on subscription cancellations and refunds.
- Process up to three client chats simultaneously.
- Adhere to all necessary instructions for providing quality services.
