Requirements
- Must be based in the UK
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 5-8+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experience
- Experience interacting with customers previously
- Organizational coordination experience and experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners
- Analytical and problem-solving experience with complex systems and processes
- Coding expertise in Javascript
- Coding expertise in SQL
Responsibilities
- Partner with other FDE's and Technical Program Managers to implement Federato
- Collaborate and work with cross-functional teams to provide a strong delivery experience for our customers
- Partner with cross functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
- Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation
- Heavily hands-on with coding, including writing and debugging production and integration code in languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL as part of customer implementations and internal tooling
