Requirements
- Proven experience in home services or construction, preferably within electrical services
- Strong ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with estimation software (specific experience preferred but not required)
- Experience in administrative support, scheduling, and communication
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Review project proposals and architectural blueprints
- Identify and count light fixtures, outlets, wiring, and other electrical components
- Input data into specialized estimation software
- Calculate material quantities and costs for project planning
- Develop detailed project scopes to assess contract sizes
- Collaborate with team members to prepare actionable plans for technicians
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling
- Organize and maintain files and documents (digital and physical as needed)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications
- Respond to emails, messages, and phone calls promptly
- Take meeting notes and provide summaries when necessary
- Track project progress and deadlines
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle research tasks for project planning or problem-solving
- Handle client inquiries or concerns professionally
- Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed
- Assist with managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with audiences (Optional)
- Create or edit content for newsletters, blogs, or promotional campaigns (Optional)
