- Consistent track record of exceeding quotas
- Expertise in Post-Purchase experience (order tracking, returns management, customer communication, delivery protection plans)
- In-depth knowledge of eCommerce industry, key players, and trends
- Comprehensive knowledge of global supply chain logistics
- Strong network of decision-makers at enterprise eCommerce companies
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
- 7–10+ years of enterprise-level sales experience
- Focus on eCommerce SaaS sales
- Proven success selling to enterprise accounts with average deal sizes exceeding $200k ARR
- Experience working with or within companies offering Post-Purchase solutions
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Proficiency in Gong
- Familiarity with integrating into eCommerce platforms (SFCC, Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce)
- Familiarity with prospecting tools (e.g., eTail Insights, Linkedin Sales Navigator)
