  • Proven success in new business development targeting very large, enterprise-level clients
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quotas
  • Expertise in Post-Purchase experience (order tracking, returns management, customer communication, delivery protection plans)
  • In-depth knowledge of eCommerce industry, key players, and trends
  • Comprehensive knowledge of global supply chain logistics
  • Strong network of decision-makers at enterprise eCommerce companies
  • Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
  • 7–10+ years of enterprise-level sales experience
  • Focus on eCommerce SaaS sales
  • Proven success selling to enterprise accounts with average deal sizes exceeding $200k ARR
  • Experience working with or within companies offering Post-Purchase solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Gong
  • Familiarity with integrating into eCommerce platforms (SFCC, Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce)
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools (e.g., eTail Insights, Linkedin Sales Navigator)
