- Familiarity with onboarding processes and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in HR software
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation and training schedules
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure all pre-employment screenings and requirements are completed
- Support new employees in their transition by providing necessary resources and information
- Monitor and evaluate the onboarding experience to implement improvements continually
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the onboarding process
- Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience
- Assist with ongoing talent acquisition initiatives as needed
