Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO fundamentals
  • Experience with crawl budget management, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt
  • Experience implementing canonicalization and hreflang
  • Schema markup implementation and testing experience
  • Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization
  • Proven on-page optimization and internal linking experience
  • Experience with link building and digital PR strategies
  • Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools
  • Experience across WordPress, Shopify, and custom CMS platforms
  • HTML/CSS knowledge for technical SEO implementations
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge for debugging SEO issues
  • Strong documentation skills for creating internal and Customer Success resources
  • Ability to clearly communicate SEO insights and recommendations, both written and verbal
  • Ability to support client-facing conversations and respond to urgent SEO needs

Responsibilities

  • Execute SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and off-site initiatives
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes
  • Optimize site architecture, crawlability, and page performance
  • Review and optimize on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, content structure)
  • Evaluate and support link building and digital PR campaigns
  • Monitor client performance and identify issues proactively
  • Create SEO performance reports and insights
  • Provide real-time SEO support to the Customer Success team
  • Document SEO best practices and training resources for CS use
  • Serve as a strategic SEO resource for client-facing teams
