Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field, with expertise in HubSpot management and automation
  • Proven ability to build and manage workflows, nurture strategies, and lead/contact routing systems
  • Strong understanding of marketing best practices and processes, with a focus on data cleanliness and accuracy
  • Experience with HubSpot, Hex, Google Analytics, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to optimize MarTech systems for business impact
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering across teams like DS, Product, IT, Legal
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive projects from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with Reddit’s community culture, user trends, and behaviors
  • Systems thinker that can build 0 to 1
  • Experience with infrastructure buildout and internal tooling
  • You deeply understand and identify with Reddit and Redditors, and are eager to uncover insights and unlock remarkable and scalable initiatives
  • Data driven, with experience establishing metrics
  • Proven, autonomously-driven operational impact with escalating responsibility in a marketing or community marketing function
  • Experience working within a variety of CRMs and ESPs (HubSpot experience a bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Own & Execute Scaled Tooling Community Growth Roadmap: Lead the design and execution of the Community Growth Funnel roadmap, identifying the necessary technical infrastructure, data signals, and automated workflows to unlock community health and growth.
  • Build Scaled Channel Operations: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to build the technical foundation of diversified channels. This includes making channel requests and building technical roadmaps.
  • Signal Optimization: Work closely with Data Science to refine community health signals, pinpoint opportunities, and eliminate gaps in the community's journey.
  • Drive Channel Strategy: Define and drive comprehensive strategic vision for email, push notifications, and app channels aligned with Reddit’s community growth goals and targets
  • Serve as the owner and admin of our Community HubSpot tooling, overseeing data piping, workflow strategies, and campaign health, and more
  • Partner with Analytics, Community, IT, and product to optimize all community marketing tools and systems - internal and external
  • Own technical side contact management, including list health, data cleanliness, list imports, and form embeds
  • Evaluate tooling agency partners, and source potential partners
  • Map the entire internal and external channel slate, identifying largest opportunities
  • Build and own the roadmap for tooling improvements across third-party and internal tooling
  • Ensure seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders on infrastructure projects, with no major disruptions
  • Own multi-channel content calendar across community initiatives
  • Manage the tooling and infrastructure needed to support community marketing campaigns, from setup to post-launch
  • Work closely with channel marketers to support in meeting campaign objectives
