Senior Systems Engineer

Bachelor's Degree in CIS, MIS, IT, or related field or equivalent experience 7+ years of prior industry experience (Enterprise preferred) Experience with enterprise SAN/NAS technologies Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, etc.) Proven experience in Linux/Windows installation and troubleshooting Experience in multi-site datacenter operations Relevant certification in support technology field

Implement and maintain infrastructure configurations according to best practices Monitor and analyze IT infrastructure performance for potential issues Conduct routine system maintenance and minimize disruption to operations Utilize ITIL-based processes for efficient issue resolution Collaborate to resolve complex incidents and escalated tickets Develop and maintain technical documentation to support operations Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and stakeholders Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution Promote automation to enhance IT systems' reliability Stay updated on systems technology developments and innovations
